It is very important to have your first introduction letter translated through professionals, whose native language is Russian. You also can attach pictures to your first letter for free. We will also help you with writing the letter if needed. Most other agencies will charge you from 30-50 EUR for this service, but it is absolutely free for our members! Also according to our statistics clients who had their first letter translated professionally got about 85% of positive replies. We do not change the content or the spirit of your letter, but make it sound really good in Russian and pleasant to read. We also inform you if your letter needs to be changed or rewritten, and why. Never use automatic translations for your introduction letter; they make any English text sound stupid and hardly understandable.

If you are to use this service here are the instructions of how to mail us your letter:

1). All you need to do is to write a good letter intended for the ladies of your choice (one letter can be not more than 2500 symbols) and send it to us at: laurusint@aol.com Only for our members we allow to attach your pictures up to 300 KB to one letter for free.

2). In the top of the letter you have to place the name of lady and her ID. Below her details you must place your name, address and your ID number. You get allocated a unique client ID number when you register on the site.

3). A sample letter in its proper format can be seen here. Please read and follow the format and instructions on this page before sending any mail for us to forward.

4).Your letter will be translated within 24 hours of us receiving it (we work a full week so there will not be delay because of weekends).

5). Then we will forward your letter and photo (if you include one) to the lady of your choice.

6). After the woman receives your letter she can send you an email letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail. If the lady chooses to reply by email, which is preferable, the costs of email forwarding and translation are billed to your account, (except executive members).

7). With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly). Regular postal mail will take a minimum of 20-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.

8) The total cost of our Standard service is 3 EUR for a letter up to two pages in length, and each additional page is 1.5 EUR. To post a letter to Ukraine or Russia to be received within 8 days will cost at least 7 EUR from UK and 15 EUR from USA as an International Express mail. 9). If you decide that you would like to use this service, you have to place some funds into your account. Each time that we post a letter, for you, we will deduct the cost from your account. When the account is low or empty you can send us whatever additional funds that you would like to replenish the account. If the account has insufficient funds, mail can not be processed from either you or ladies wishing to write to you, so we suggest you always keep a small balance available.

10). If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance to you to be used for any of our other services. Most men find that this is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time savings and the poor mail service that most of the Russian postal services have to offer.

11). If you would like a letter translated from Russian to English, or English to Russian, we can do so for a cost of 5 EUR per typed page with a one page minimum (650 words per page), additional words are 2 cents each. Many ladies do not speak English very well and must translate letters using a dictionary, so letters sent in Russian generate far more replies than those sent in English

12). You can send the same introduction letter to many ladies, and will only be charged for translation once, provided you write to all of the ladies in the SAME email, and the letter is the SAME for each lady.

13). If you wish to send your introduction letter to many ladies, add some funds into your mail-forwarding account. We charge 5 EUR for each new letter and 3 EUR for a colour photo.

You will receive a receipt when the mail has been processed and posted. We STRONGLY suggest that you send mail using ONLY registered post as a lot of mail, especially from foreign countries, goes missing in the Russian postal service. Our mail is posted from inside the former USSR, so does not get opened by postal workers looking for a foreign currency, as some international mail does.
